This was originally a furtive exercise in seeing what blogging was about. Now, I have gone forward with a new blog "Sillibuss" which entails my creative writing.

I am involved in a creative writing group now for 4 years and live in retirement in an old farmhouse in a far northwest suburb of Chicago near the Fox River. I keep active with community groups and have a cadre of good friends with frequent fellowship. I am active in two gourmet groups and participate in continuing education in art music and literature at the local college. I paint watercolors and am involved in taking instruction 4 years now with accomplished artist Diane Wlezien.
